Who am I?

I’m a passionate stock investor who could just read about companies and industries all day long. I’ve started as a trader more than 10 years ago and traded everything from commodities to stocks and FX. A master in Finance and Management taught me the theoretical basis, but practical wisdom can only be reached by active investing over many years.

With age came the experience and the knowledge accumulated through many many books, blog posts and YouTube videos. Joining the Berkshire Hathaway shareholder meeting multiple times and exchanging ideas with like-minded people is always a highlight.
I arrived at the conclusion that the only long-term successful approach to the markets is investing in outstanding businesses for the long run. Trading is fun fun, but I like to have the odds in my favor. Therefore I buy great companies and keep them in the long run.
